Meet Polaris, our bright little star who’s learning to shine again after being left out in the desert with his dad, Orbit. 💔 Polaris is around 2 years old, a handsome Lab/Pit mix, and has one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet.

After being abandoned for nearly a month, this brave boy is slowly realizing that not all people or pups will hurt him. He’s discovering the joy of gentle pets, soft beds, and full bellies — and each day his tail wags a little more. Polaris is a special needs pup with his anxiety that this has created.🐾

Polaris is also an absolute love bug — if he could spend all day cuddled up next to you, he’d be in heaven! He just wants to be close and feel safe with his people. 💕
